You've heard me talk about it and the time is approaching!
I've been working hard to get my Healthy Habits Done Right program up and ready for you and I'm looking for several beta testers to go through it for me before I publish it for everyone else!
Beta testers will have access on Monday, January 27th, 2025.
Let's answer some questions:
What is 'Healthy Habits Done Right'?
If you're tired of setting big goals only to give up on them the very next day (oh, just me? 🫣), this is the program you need. Healthy Habits Done Right is my new program to help you learn and implement habits in a way that will actually stick.
It utilizes concepts based on lessons learned in my coaching certification courses, as well as heavily relies on BJ Fogg's Behavior Design system (he's the founder of Stanford's Behavior Design Lab), and his book "Tiny Habits".
It's a 3-4 week course (this will be determined by beta testers), that will walk you through step-by-step on how to define what matters most to you in your life, what kind of lifestyle you want, what you need to do to obtain it, and how to create literal tiny habits that will leave you feeling successful and on your way.
Why did I create this program?
Last year, within my certification course for Sleep, Stress, and Recovery, I was introduced to BJ Fogg's concepts and I was intrigued. I purchased his book and started highlighting the snot out of it immediately. I'm personally very excited about his method and I feel like it can be helpful to so many others that are like me and need to do things in baby steps. (I know "Atomic Habits" is vastly more popular, but I've read that book as well and wasn't as inspired. 🤷🏼♀️)
For reasons that I sometimes can't figure out, I love teaching about health and wellness, and as I worked through this book, I knew that this is something I wanted to teach as well as do with my friends (that's you!). My goal is to help and inspire you to better yourself using the Tiny Habits method (and no, I'm not certified as a Tiny Habits coach, but believe me, I've looked into it. 😉)
What kind of habits will you be working on?
On day 1, we'll go over my 8 healthy habits and then do a self-assessment on those as well as a more broad range of lifestyle habits. Essentially, you can choose whatever habit you'd like to work on (we'll actually be working on 3 at a time). Whether it's one of the 8 habits or something totally unrelated to anything I teach... like finances, you can choose whatever inspires you the most (and I'll help you figure that out). So everyone will be working on their own personal habit goals.
Why am I starting with beta testers?
I want feedback before it goes "live". So if you're interested in being a beta tester, I will ask for feedback, and will expect to receive some. 😁 Essentially, you'll be helping me take the program from "awesome" to "friggin awesome".
How many beta testers will there be?
At this point, I'm willing to take whoever is willing to help me out, but if the response is huge, I will limit the number of testers. So basically, first come, first served, though I don't anticipate having to cap the number at this time.
Is the program free?
Yes and no. I will require all beta testers to be a member of my full GLP-1 Done Right membership. If you have access to GLP-1 Done Right, you can be a beta tester. If you do not currently have access to GLP-1 Done Right, you can click here to get in. You must be an active member throughout the beta testing period.
Do you have to show up live?
At this time my plan is for all lessons to be pre-recorded and posted day by day throughout the program so you can access them at any point. I may decide to host a zoom call or two, based on tester feedback and need. You don't even need to watch the lesson the day it's posted, though keeping up would be most helpful to me.
When is the beta testing period?
I will drop Day 1 on Monday, January 27th and will give testers access on that day. The first two weeks are the most intensive, whereas beyond that it's more about implementation, assessing, and troubleshooting. The beta testing period will end on Tuesday, February 18th.
What if you want to be a tester but you're not available on the 27th?
No worries. I still want your feedback. If you are able to join the program before the beta testing period is up, you can be a tester.
How long will beta testers have access to the program?
Beta testers will have access to Healthy Habits Done Right as long as you are a current member of GLP-1 Done Right. All my programs and courses will live under the same roof... forever. You will not be removed from the program once the beta testing period is over, so you can go through it again and again if you'd like.
What is required of you as a beta tester?
I ask for honest feedback as you go through the program. Help me with flow, let me know if something doesn't make sense or is too hard, let me know if it's too much too soon, or not enough at a time - things like that. Comments will be enabled on each lesson, so you can easily post feedback there while you're going through it, or email, text, message me... whatever you prefer. At the end of the program I will have a short questionaire that you will be asked to fill out.
What can you expect to gain as a beta tester?
Well, it's pretty cool to have first access to something, don't you think? But more than anything, you get to work more closely with me as you create new habits in a fun and doable way. At the end of 3 or 4 weeks, I want to see how you have progressed in your habits and if the program has made a difference in your life. I believe that it will!
What if you can't / don't want to be a tester but are still interested in the program?
All current and future GLP-1 Done Right members will have access to Healthy Habits Done Right at some point between March 3 and March 10. This program will always live within the GLP-1 Done Right membership and will not be a stand-alone product, so only those with access to GLP-1 Done Right will ever have access to Healthy Habits Done Right.
What if you become a member of GLP-1 Done Right just so you an be a tester, can you cancel your membership after the testing period?
Absolutely. If you purchase GLP-1 Done Right just to have access to Healthy Habits Done Right, you are absolutely able to cancel your membership after the testing period. As soon as you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all programs.
Will I have access to the GLP-1 Done Right course if I join just to be a beta tester?
Yes you will! Within my GLP-1 Done Right course I have all my diet and lifestyle recommendations as well. So even if you're not interested in GLP-1, you are welcome to check those lessons out as well.

Are you convinced and you want to be a beta tester? Send me an email and say "I want to be a beta tester". That's all you have to do. Your email will go on a special update list and you'll be notified and given access on Monday, January 27th. Again, if you want to be a tester but don't have current access to GLP-1 Done Right, you'll need to get in there before the 27th or you will not be given access to Healthy Habits Done Right.
