HEY THERE, I’M CAMILLE…

Hey friend! Thanks for visiting! Let me tell you all about myself:

I live a pretty simple life on 21 acres in a small town in Northern Utah. We moved here when the world shut down in 2020, and we renovated an adorable farmhouse. (I documented our entire renovation, which you can find on Instagram @ourfarmhouseinparadise). I'm basically obsessed with houses and had an absolute blast designing my reno.

I'm completely obsessed with my chickens. I wuv them. What more can I say? I even wrote a book about raising chickens (find that in the "favorites" tab). I would love a mini cow or three, a donkey or two, and most definitely a fainting goat. BUuUUuut, I also love to travel, so that makes having a load of animals tricky.

I have a husband and two sons (and 19 chickens). They're all pretty awesome. Especially the chickens (shhh).

I'm a girl of faith and know that God is in the details of our lives if we allow Him to be.

I love Disneyland and Harry Potter World, and I can "watch" the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice with my eyes closed.

I'm suuuuper low maintenance but must have mascara on or my eyes disappear. I also live in stretchy pants cause they're my mom - wife - farmlife uniform. And in the winter you better believe I'll be wearing a beanie all day.

My goal in life is to hire a personal chef, cause while I can cook, I don't like to. So I'm all about finding ways to get proper nutrition in while being lazy about food at the same time. Cause I'm the epitome of lazy about food. My husband says he's never met anyone that loves smoothies as much as I love smoothies. It's true: smoothies are life.

I find that I'm a little too honest sometimes, and I question my filtering ability. So if I talk too long or say too much, I really am sorry about that. But if there's one thing you can count on, for good or for bad, it's that you'll always get an honest opinion from me. I don't like to sugarcoat and I can sniff out "fake" from miles away. So while I may not get a gold star for always being socially adept, one thing is for certain, I'll never recommend anything I don't trust or believe in 100%.

I have a passion for health and find the body incredible and fascinating. Figuring out how to feel healthy has been a life-long struggle, but I've learned that my purpose is to share my story and all the knowledge that I've obsessively gathered over the years.

I've battled PCOS, hypothyroidism and chronic fatigue and have come out the other side, though not without some injuries from bad nutrition advice.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I have a certification in nutrition as well as sleep, stress, and recovery and I love sharing what I've learned and helping other women that are doing their best to overcome chronic health struggles.

I strongly believe that a growth mindset is key, so I don't pretend to think I have everything figured out, and I'm always open to changing any conclusions I might come to. However, I've made significant progress in my own personal health journey and I feel like I've come to some pretty solid conclusions.

I'm sick and tired of the fads and damaging information that's out there, and I want to empower women to learn more about how the body works, and to ditch the fads that are disguised as scientifically sound (cause you can literally find "science" to back up every single claim you want to make). Confused much?

That's where my awesome ADH-SB (that's "super brain", cause there's no "disorder" here) comes in. I see things differently, which leads me to researching some pretty random stuff. And when I start down a rabbit hole, I can get lost for weeks or months. I explore all avenues because I need to know all the good, bad, and inbetweens of everything I learn.

Plus I've pretty much tried it all (and either made some gains or suffered the consequences). You can count on me to be the ultimate guinea pig.

So I'm kinda obsessed with health. But as you can see, there are lots of things that I like to obsess over, which is why, here on my website, you'll find all the things I love. This is my little corner of the internet where I can share whatever I want - whether it be chickens or houses or (please bless) a fainting goat someday. But mostly health, because that's where I hope to shine my light into the world to make it a better place by helping as many women as I can.

I'm glad you're here! Let's be friends (I have cute chickens!)

Hugs & Smoothie Smiles,

Coach Camille

PS. I call myself the selfie professional because I have t-rex arms and no photogenics to speak of. May you be blessed to see all my selfies.

Our Core Principles

1. Your body isn’t broken.
You’ve been given the wrong strategies, not the wrong body. We teach you how to work with it, not fight against it.

2. Fatigue isn’t failure.
Tired doesn’t mean lazy. It means your body is asking for support—not punishment.

3. Tiny habits change everything.
We don’t do all-or-nothing overhauls. Around here, small steps are how big transformations happen.

4. Health should feel like relief.
If it’s complicated, restrictive, or exhausting—it’s not health, it’s hustle. We believe wellness should feel supportive, grounding, and doable.

5. Carbs are not the enemy.
Food isn’t a moral issue. You can eat the carbs, feel amazing, and lose weight—all without guilt.

6. Doing less is sometimes the most powerful thing you can do.
We don’t glorify burnout. Sometimes, the bravest thing is resting, resetting, and choosing what truly works.

7. This is your last start-over.
You’ve tried everything. What we offer finally sticks—because it’s designed for real women, real energy needs, and real life.
