My Favorite Supplements

Supplements are not the end-all be-all, but they can be a great way to help fill in the gaps and help you make progress, especially when you're struggling.

Here you'll find a list of my favorite go-to supplements.

For Gut Health

Plexus Triplex Combo

Triplex = 3 products that work amazingly well together to help with gut health.

This was the set of products that made a very noticeable difference in my health and fatigue.

Microbiome Slim

Product 1 of Triplex: Slim Microbiome.

Don't be fooled by the name - this is great for gut health. Don't use this if you're on GLP-1 medication as it can lower blood sugar.

probio 5

Product 2 of Triplex: Probio 5.

Probiotic on stilts. This is incredible for getting rid of candida.

Vitalbiome

Vitalbiome.

Amazing probiotic that I rotate with Probio 5. This can have some influence on mental health.

Plexus Collagen

Joyome Collagen Complex.

I've tried a LOT of collagen products. This is the only one I've seen make a noticeable difference!

For Drinking

(electrolytes, preworkout & warm fuzzies)

This can be used as a pre workout, but my husband and I drink this nearly every morning. No major boost in energy and definitely no crash - it just makes me feel so good.

Perk Tan Mocha Latte

I always get the caffeine free ones, but these are a fun way to have a warm drink that's got some protein in it.

Saltt

Saltt.

Decent electrolyte. My 2nd favorite, and good if you don't like the super salty LMNT.

My favorite electrolyte. It's reeeeaallly salty, so if you don't like that, add more water or get Saltt.

For Nutritional and Immune Boosts

xFactor Plus

This is my favorite multi vitamin.

This is my favorite green drink that I use to boost nutrition. It's pricey but the ingredients are top notch.

Immune plus

I use this when there's a lot of illness going around. Ingredients are fabulous for boosting immunity.

Chlorella

Massive nutritional value. This is considered a whole food, not a supplement, so it's basically veggies in a pill.

For Pooping

This is the number one thing I recommend to help people poop on GLP-1s. It is the only thing that helped my son with chronic constipation. Bonus - it's massively nutritious.

Bio Cleanse

Product 3 of Triplex: Bio Cleanse

This is a magnesium supplement that is helpful for multiple reasons, but will also help you get things out (wink). It's gentle - don't be freaked out by the name.

For Sleeping

This is a melatonin gummy. I don't use it often but it does wonders for my kiddo.
