At GLP-1 Tracker: Weight & Dose, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the GLP-1 Tracker: Weight & Dose mobile application (“the App”).

- Apple Health weight data, if you choose to enable Apple Health syncing

This information is used to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App and support your account, as described below.

Apple Health

If you choose to enable Apple Health weight syncing, the App may request permission to read your body weight data from Apple Health. This allows the App to import weight entries into your progress tracking history.

Apple Health syncing is optional. The App only accesses Apple Health data after you grant permission. Imported Apple Health weight entries may be stored with your App account so they can appear in your charts, logs, and progress history across app sessions.

The App does not sell Apple Health data, use Apple Health data for advertising, or use Apple Health data to track you across other apps or websites. You can turn off Apple Health access at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to:

- Store and display your personal tracking data

- Provide progress insights, charts, and visualizations

- Sync Apple Health weight data if you enable that feature

- Support reminders, Apple Watch logging, and app functionality

- Manage account access and subscription status

- Understand app usage and improve the user experience

We do not use your personal health information for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

Email and Service Communications

We use the email address associated with your App account only to support your account and provide service-related communications. These may include email verification, password resets, responses to support requests, security notices, and important information about technical problems or fixes affecting App functionality.

We may use technical error reports and app usage events to identify users who may be affected by a problem and send a relevant service notice.

Creating an App account does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing emails. We do not use your App account email address for advertising or promotional campaigns.

Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to help protect your information. Data may be stored using secure third-party services that support app functionality and authentication.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Health Information Disclaimer

The App is intended for personal wellness tracking and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medication decisions or health concerns.

Third-Party Services

The App may use trusted third-party services to support:

- Authentication and account access

- Turn Apple Health weight syncing on or off

- Revoke Apple Health permissions through Apple Health or iOS Settings

- Delete app data using the Reset App Data feature

- Delete your account from within the App

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
